Workforce Competencies and Skills for Practitioners Delivering 'SportPlus'

The role of the practitioner and their relationship with the young person is central to the success of any youth intervention programme, particularly those working to prevent and reduce involvement in offending and serious youth violence. This webinar builds on academic insight from criminal and youth justice work and family and youth work together with learning from practice to provide insight about the workforce competencies and skills needed for the effective development and delivery of a secondary level Sport-Based Intervention (SBI) (also known as SportPlus).

This webinar will look at how to write a fundraising plan for a year, different income streams and putting SMART objectives in place for your fundraising.

The below courses are designed to go into more detail on specific areas that you may want to focus your funding applications on. Ideally, you will already be confident at writing funding bids.
